The service

Greyfox Grocery lets you order groceries online for next-day pickup or delivery. An account is required to place an order. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

• Prices and availability come from our in-store point of sale and can change at any time.
• Weighted items (e.g. produce sold by the pound) are estimated at checkout and charged at the actual packed weight.
• At checkout we place an authorization hold on your card for the estimated total. When your order is packed, we charge the actual total — usually equal to or less than the estimate — and the remaining hold is released by your bank.
• If an item is unavailable, we follow your substitution preference, or refund that item (including its tax).

Pickup & delivery

• Orders are for next-day pickup windows or, where offered, delivery windows within our service area.
• Please arrive within your pickup window; tell us from the order page when you’re on the way.
• Delivery is limited to the neighborhoods we serve, shown at checkout.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order yourself until picking begins — we release the hold immediately. After picking starts, contact us and we’ll do our best. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Food, produce & allergens

Our products are packaged by many different producers. Product photos are illustrative; produce and meats vary naturally. Ingredient and allergen information comes from manufacturers — please read labels, and if you have a severe allergy, call us before ordering. Our store handles many products in one space, including common allergens.

Your account

Keep your information accurate and your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the service.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
